
Linda K. Greaves

Linda K. Greaves, of counsel for the Tulsa office of Crowe & Dunlevy, practices in the areas of Civil Rights litigation, employment law, torts, licensing, ad valorem taxation, appellate practice and Oklahoma election law. She will focus her practice in the specialized area of labor and employment law.
Ms. Greaves previously served as the Chief Assistant District Attorney for the Civil Division, Tulsa County in the Fourteenth Judicial District under the administration of Tim Harris, District Attorney. Prior to that, she served under the administrations of District Attorneys David L. Moss, William LaFortune, and Charles Richardson. In her role as Chief of the Civil Division, she represented the eight elected county officers, their agents, and employees in all civil matters concerning the County of Tulsa. She also acted as legal advisor and counsel for District Attorney Tim Harris and upon appointment, the local District Judges.
She is admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma, and all Oklahoma State and Municipal Courts. From 1996- 1997, she practiced in the Criminal Division of the District Attorney's office as a felony prosecutor.
Before beginning her law career, Ms. Greaves was employed by the State of Oklahoma where she worked for two state agencies: the Department of Human Services and the Alcohol Beverage Laws Enforcement Commission.
Ms. Greaves is a graduate of the University of Tulsa College of Law (J.D., 1994) and West Texas State University (B.S., 1972).
Ms. Greaves has also been a member of the American Bar Association since 2006 and the Oklahoma Bar Association since 1995.
