Jeffrey T. Hills is a shareholder and director in the Firm's Tulsa office. Mr. Hills maintains a diversified practice meeting his clients' needs for corporate and securities, business planning and formation, mergers and acquisitions, financial transactions, intellectual property, aircraft ownership and operations, taxation and commercial litigation representation. Mr. Hills frequently represents both public and private companies in the gaming, energy and financial transactions industries and has handled business formations, joint ventures, asset and equity sales and restructurings in a variety of other industries. In addition, Mr. Hills conducts a complex business litigation and commercial arbitration practice.
A graduate with honors from the University of Tulsa College of Law (J.D. 1991), Mr. Hills received his undergraduate degree in accounting from Oklahoma State University (B.S. 1986), and employs his educational and work experiences in those areas to recognize both business and legal issues affecting his clients and to identify and implement effective solutions to address them.
