Jennifer A. Dutton

Jennifer Dutton's practice focuses on antitrust law, insurance law, and labor and employment law as well as commercial litigation and arbitration.  She has recently published a law review article that she co-authored on antitrust law entitled "Recent Developments in Oklahoma Antitrust Law".  See 57 Okla. L. Rev. 715 (2004).  Ms. Dutton also has experience in the areas of family law, probate law and initiative petition law.  Her clients include individuals as well as small and large businesses.  She also volunteers her services to Oklahoma Lawyers for Children where she represents children who are believed to have been neglected and deprived.

Ms. Dutton is a member of the Federal Bar Association; the Litigation, the Antitrust Law, the Labor and Employment Law, and the Tort Trial and Insurance Practice sections of the American Bar Association; the Litigation, the Insurance law, and the Labor and Employment Law sections of the Oklahoma Bar Association; the Oklahoma County Bar Association; and, the Cleveland County Bar Association.
