Ms. Berry joined Crowe & Dunlevy in 2003 and focuses her practice on real estate industry matters, commercial financing and leasing. She is a graduate of the University of Tulsa (B.S.B.A. Magna Cum Laude, 1998) and Oklahoma City University (J.D., Summa Cum Laude, 2003). During law school Ms. Berry served as an intern for the Honorable Justice Marian P. Opala of the Oklahoma Supreme Court. She was a Merit Scholar and received the CALI Award for Excellence in Civil Procedure II, Federal Income Tax and Secured Transactions. She was also the recipient of the Oklahoma Bar Foundation Chapman-Rogers Scholarship and was a member of the Faculty Honor Roll, Moot Court Society and the William J. Holloway, Jr. American Inn of Courts.
Ms. Berry has been involved with several significant financing transactions and overseen numerous real estate transactions. Ms. Berry co-authored "Acceleration of Rent in Oklahoma: What's a Landlord to Do? Framework for a Practical Approach," published in The Oklahoma Bar Journal, Vol. 79, No. 4, February 9, 2008, and presented at the 2008 Pfizer Cow-Calf Symposium on March 8, 2008 on the topic of Wind-Energy-Wave of the Future.
She has also given presentations on the HIPAA Security and Privacy regulations and the Medicare Part D Prescription Drug Coverage Program. She is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Oklahoma City Real Property Lawyers Association and the Commercial Real Estate Council of Oklahoma City.
