Michael J. Gibbens

Michael Gibbens is an experienced trial lawyer who has handled a wide range of complex cases. Mr. Gibbens has handled matters in many areas, including antitrust, aviation, environmental, energy, insurance, securities, employment, product liability, franchising, construction and intellectual property. He has been selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America in the field of business litigation.

Mr. Gibbens is a shareholder and director in the Firm’s Tulsa office. He is an honors graduate of Rice University (B.A., Cum Laude, 1978) and The University of Texas School of Law (J.D., 1981), where he was Order of the Coif. He served as a federal judicial law clerk for Judge William J. Holloway, Jr. of the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Gibbens also has been a leader within the Firm, and in his profession and community. Mr. Gibbens has been elected to several terms on the Firm’s Executive Committee and also has served as President of a local arts’ organization.
