Roger A. Stong is an experienced business lawyer, whose practice focuses on corporate, securities and bankruptcy reorganization law. Mr. Stong has represented clients in joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, public and private offerings and other general corporate matters and has represented private and public companies in bankruptcy and non-bankruptcy liquidations and reorganizations, with particular emphasis on bankruptcy-related acquisitions and dispositions, debtor-in-possession financings and plans of reorganization.

Mr. Stong currently serves as the outside general counsel to a privately-held agricultural chemical and specialty chemical distribution business and its affiliates.  In that capacity, he provides legal advice on all legal matters, ranging from distribution, licensing and other contracts, employment matters, loan matters and real estate matters to acquisitions, joint ventures and private offerings.

Mr. Stong, who is listed in Best Lawyers in America (Corporate Governance and Compliance Law, Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Securities Law and Venture Capital Law), has also served as Chairman of the Business and Corporate Law Section of the Oklahoma Bar Association and is the Oklahoma reporter for  Limited Liability Company and Partnership Laws.  A member of the Executive Committee of the Firm for the last seven years, Mr. Stong is also the current President of the Firm and a director of the Oklahoma State Chamber of Commerce.
