Stacey D. Spivey's practice focuses on estate planning and trust and estate administration and litigation.  Ms. Spivey works with individuals to prepare and implement their estate plans to meet tax and other goals. She also works with individuals and fiduciaries on the management and settlement of trusts and estates, including probate administration and preparation of federal and state estate tax returns.  Ms. Spivey represents individuals and fiduciaries in estate and gift tax controversy matters before the Internal Revenue Service and Oklahoma Tax Commission. Ms. Spivey also has experience in guardianship and business entity matters.

Ms. Spivey is listed in The Best Lawyers in America in the field of Trusts and Estates.  She is a member of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and served as the 2007 Chair of the Oklahoma Bar Association Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Section, and has previously served in other Section officer positions.  Ms. Spivey writes and speaks on estate planning and trust and estate administration topics.

Ms. Spivey graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law with highest honors and is a member of Order of the Coif.
