Stephen L. DeGiusti

Steve DeGiusti is a general litigator who actively practices in state and federal court.  He has a varied background, and has represented individuals, small companies and large corporations.  His experience includes litigation in numerous areas of law, including: commercial law, oil & gas pollution, nuisance, premises liability, personal injury, trucking accidents, products liability, debtor-creditor, consumer law, replevin, employment "non-compete" agreements, secured transactions and foreclosure.  He also has considerable experience in the area of judgment enforcement.

 In 2006, Mr. DeGiusti was named as an honoree of the Festival of Hope, presented by Heartline in recognition of his volunteerism concerning Oklahoma's children with special needs.
