Terry M. Thomas is a shareholder and director in the Firm’s Tulsa office. He is a graduate of Southeastern Oklahoma State University (B.S, with honors, 1972) (M.B.S., 1976) and from The University of Texas School of Law (J.D., with honors, 1980).
Mr. Thomas has vast experience as a litigator and trial lawyer. In his 25-year career, he has successfully tried business matters involving contracts, insurance policies, corporate ownership and governance, real property rights, trade secrets, construction disputes, fiduciary obligation, and creditors' rights. In addition, Mr. Thomas maintains an active tort defense practice, including asbestos defense.
