Mr. Russell graduated in 2006 from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where he was a member of the Oklahoma Law Review. In 1999, Mr. Russell graduated with a B.B.A. in Finance summa cum laude from Northeastern State University, where he was named the Outstanding Senior Male. He received his M.B.A. from Oklahoma State University in 2001.
Mr. Russell has previously served as a systems consultant and an adjunct professor of finance.
