Tynan Grayson is an associate in the firm's Oklahoma City office. Her practice focuses on labor and employment litigation.  She is admitted to practice in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Western, and Northern Districts of Oklahoma, and in all Oklahoma state courts.
 
Ms. Grayson graduated magna cum laude from the Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2005, and, upon graduating, was voted most likely to succeed by OCU faculty.  While in law school, Ms. Grayson was a member of the Jessup International Moot Court Team, served as president and treasurer of the National Women Law Students' Association, as vice-president of the Black Law Students' Association, and as an Oklahoma Lawyers for Children volunteer.  She was on the Faculty Honor Roll and earned the CALI Award for Excellence in Contracts I, Contracts II, Antitrust Law, Advanced Legal Research (Foreign, International and Comparative Law), Advanced Legal Research (U.S. Law), and Trademark and Unfair Competition Law.
 
Before attending law school, Ms. Grayson earned a master’s degree in computer science from Oklahoma State University and a bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, in computer science from Langston University. Her master's thesis, “A Web Information Organization and Management System (WIOMS),” was published in proceedings of the 16th ACM SAC2001 Symposium in 2001.
 
Prior to joining Crowe & Dunlevy, Ms. Grayson served as law clerk to the Honorable Vicki Miles-LaGrange of the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma.
 
Ms. Grayson currently serves as Vice President for Membership of the Federal Bar Association and on the Oklahoma Bar Association's Diversity and Women in Law Committees.  In addition, Ms. Grayson is an Oklahoma Bar Foundation Fellow and serves on the Oklahoma City Philharmonic Associate Board, the Oklahoma City University School of Law Executive Board, and the Oklahoma County Bar Association Young Lawyers Division Board.
