Distinguished in his field, Victor E. Morgan is a shareholder and director in the Firm’s Tulsa office. With almost 20 years of experience, he focuses primarily on litigation and trial matters. Mr. Morgan has practiced in the Northern, Eastern, and Western Districts of U.S. District Court, as well as in the U.S. Court of Appeals 10th Circuit. Mr. Morgan is listed in The Best Lawyers in America (Commercial Litigation).
Mr. Morgan received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma in 1984. He continued his education at the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor in 1987. As a law student, Mr. Morgan was elected to the prestigious scholastic society of the Order of the Coif, and also was the editor of the Oklahoma Law Review.
