Interviewing Process

The Firm generally conducts on-campus interviews on the campuses of the University of Oklahoma College of Law, the Oklahoma City University School of Law, the University of Tulsa College of Law, and also participates in the Sunbelt Minority Recruiting Program in Dallas, Texas. We also invite qualified law students who attend schools outside Oklahoma, along with practicing lawyers who have an interest in joining our Firm, to submit a resumé directly to Adam W. Childers (Oklahoma City and Norman) or Victor Morgan (Tulsa), Co-Chairpersons of the Recruiting Committee.

Following on-campus interviews, final candidates for the Summer Associate Program will be invited to attend office interviews at the Firm's Oklahoma City or Tulsa Offices. Offers will be extended to the successful applicants as soon as possible after the office interviews are conducted.
