2006 State Human Resource Conference

Over 300 human resources professionals attended the annual State Human Resource Conference in Norman, Oklahoma. The conference began with a Legislative Awards Reception at the Sam Noble Oklahoma Museum of Natural History. During the next two days, Crowe & Dunlevy attorneys had a prominent role in making educational presentations to conference attendees. The Firm attorneys doing the presentations were Leonard Court, Gayle Barrett, Randall Snapp, and Madalene Witterholt. Among the topics they covered were legal updates to the FMLA and the ADA, effective evaluation practices, and emerging areas of employer liability in discrimination cases.
