Oklahoma City attorney, Michael S. Laird, has recently begun serving his term as president of the Commercial Real Estate Council of Oklahoma City.
CREC is an organization comprised of approximately two hundred and fifty real estate professionals with a common interest in the integrity and expansion of the commercial real estate industry. Its primary objectives are to create a forum for discussion of the market, to stay informed on current industry events and practices, and to provide networking opportunities.
Mr. Laird is a shareholder and director of Crowe & Dunlevy and is the head of the firm's Real Estate Practice Group. He is a 1973 cum laude graduate of Harvard University, where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree, and received his juris doctor in 1979 from the University of Oklahoma School of Law. He is a member of the Oklahoma County Bar Association, the Oklahoma Bar Association, and the American Bar Association, and he is a Fellow of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys.
