Hospitality Industry, Entertainment and Gaming

In conjunction with the Firm’s Commercial Real Estate Section and Construction Industry Services Section, this Section works with both regional and national clients in the areas of hotel and resort development and management, related entertainment industry development, and the gaming industry.  The Firm provides services ranging from negotiation and documentation of a variety of contractual relationships, franchise agreements and licensing agreements, to adversarial proceedings from alternative dispute resolution to trial and appellate advocacy.
