Litigation and Trial Practice

Crowe & Dunlevy’s historically strong litigation practice comprises approximately one-half of our attorneys and includes almost all types of litigation.  Two of our litigators - Bill Paul and Lawrence Walsh - are former Presidents of the American Bar Association.  Six of our current litigators are members of the prestigious American College of Trial Lawyers.  One of these lawyers - Andy Coats - was President of the organization and is now Dean of the University of Oklahoma College of Law.

Fifteen of our litigators were selected by their peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America.

Recent rankings in Corporate Board Magazine 2004 and the Chambers USA Leading Business Lawyers 2004 picked Crowe & Dunlevy as Oklahoma’s top law firm overall, and in litigation, Chambers said Crowe & Dunlevy holds the “top spot in the state” with a “spotless reputation.”
