The Firm provides group term life insurance and long-term disability insurance for all attorneys and the Firm makes available, and subsidizes the costs of, medical and dental insurance. Medical and dental costs, as well as child-care costs, may also be paid from a Cafeteria Plan and from Flexible Spending Plans offered by the Firm.

The Firm pays all dues for the Oklahoma and Tulsa County Bar Associations, and also pays all dues for membership in the Oklahoma and American Bar Associations, including section fees. The Firm pays all bar examination expenses and will pay for one comprehensive bar review course for new Associates.

The Firm offers paid time off for sick days, vacation, and certain holidays.
