Crowe & Dunlevy has named director Malcolm Rosser to co-chair its Construction Law Practice Group.
The Construction Law Practice Group handles issues related to property acquisition and financing, construction contract negotiation, drafting and administration, bid processes and disputes, building permits, and zoning and land use. In addition, the firm represents clients before state and federal regulatory agencies and courts and in mediation and arbitration proceedings.
Rosser joined Crowe & Dunlevy as a director in 1992. His practice includes commercial real estate acquisitions, finance and lending, zoning and land use, leasing, and loan workouts. He has expertise in affordable housing, especially low-income housing tax credits.
