OKLAHOMA CITY -- Crowe & Dunlevy recently announced its 2010 summer associate class for its Oklahoma City office. The summer associate program consists of a six-week clerkship from mid-May through the end of June. This year’s class includes 11 students from five different law schools across the nation.
Second-year law students serving as 2010 summer associates are Anita Ayisi, University of Oklahoma; Lysbeth George, Oklahoma City University; Travis Jett, Georgetown University; Blake Rambo, University of Notre Dame; Jonathan Rector, University of Oklahoma; Carrie Swinford, University of Oklahoma; and Tynia Watson, Oklahoma City University.
First-year law students serving as 2010 summer associates are Anthony Hendricks, Harvard University; Paige Masters, Oklahoma City University; John Portman, University of Notre Dame; and Alison Wilson, University of Oklahoma.
Participants in the summer associate program are paired with two attorneys, a director and an associate who mentor them throughout the summer. The students are provided with a variety of legal projects to perform for the firm's clients and also get to take part in out-of-office experiences, such as watching hearings or trials, attending depositions and client meetings and observing business transactions, such as closings. They also attend weekly social events hosted by the firm.
