Crowe & Dunlevy announces shareholders in Tulsa and Oklahoma City

Crowe & Dunlevy recently named Margaret Millikin and Geren Steiner shareholders of the firm.

Millikin is a director and shareholder in the firm’s Tulsa office, practicing intellectual property law, including IP transactional matters and litigation. She is experienced in leveraging IP as business assets and managed the IP function on multi-national acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures, while addressing the nexus of IP with other business functions, including operations, export control and tax strategies.

Steiner serves as a director and shareholder in the firm’s Oklahoma City office, where he focuses his practice in the area of commercial litigation, including real estate, banking, products liability and antitrust litigation. From 2000 to 2004, Steiner was employed by Crowe & Dunlevy as an associate and he rejoined the firm in 2009. In the interim, Steiner was general counsel for Domain Properties, Ltd. L.C., a real estate investment and management company in Oklahoma City. Since his return to Crowe & Dunlevy, Steiner has conducted complex litigation in state and federal court, successfully representing both local and national clients.
