OKLAHOMA CITY— Casady School in Oklahoma City recently elected Crowe & Dunlevy director Eric Fisher to serve as chairman of the Board of Trustees.
As part of the 18-member board, Fisher will be responsible for helping Casady maintain its position as the premier independent college preparatory school in Oklahoma, including setting the policies and procedures for the institution, hiring and evaluating the headmaster and ensuring the school's financial health and security.
“We are proud of Eric for his selection as chairman of the Board of Trustees at Casady School,” said Roger Stong, president of Crowe & Dunlevy. “We encourage our attorneys to give back to organizations and institutions that helped shape their futures, and we know Eric will do an outstanding job for his alma mater.”
Fisher currently serves as director at Crowe & Dunlevy, focusing his practice on corporate, business transactional, administrative and tax law matters for clients in highly regulated industries.
He replaces five-year chairman E. Carey Joullian IV, who will remain on the Board of Trustees as past chairman.
