OKLAHOMA CITY – Mark D. Christiansen of Crowe & Dunlevy's Oklahoma City office, and Judy Matlock of Davis, Graham & Stubbs' Denver office, served in December as co-chairs and moderators of a two-day national royalty litigation conference that was presented in Denver.
The program, titled "Private Oil and Gas Royalties: The Latest Trends, Developments and Challenges in Oil and Gas Royalty Litigation," included speakers from 10 states and Washington, D.C., discussing a variety of current issues associated with oil and gas royalty litigation.
Christiansen also gave a presentation on the first day of the conference on recent developments in oil and gas royalty litigation in the Oklahoma courts.
The program was sponsored by the Denver-based Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation, which is one of the two largest energy law organizations in the United States.
