Crowe & Dunlevy Announces New Directors
OKLAHOMA CITY – Crowe & Dunlevy recently announced James W. Larimore and William E. van Egmond have been elected directors of the firm effective Jan. 1.
“Jay and Will are both outstanding attorneys and have already made remarkable contributions to this firm,” said President Roger A. Stong. “We are proud to recognize them for their hard work and dedication.”
Larimore is based in the firm’s Oklahoma City office where he focuses his practice in business and commercial transactions, securities laws and taxation. An honors graduate of the University of Texas School of Law, Larimore served as a member of Texas Law Review.
Also based in the firm’s Oklahoma City office, van Egmond specializes in aviation title, finance and regulatory law. Van Egmond earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Texas School of Law where he was a recipient of the Lois A. Donaldson Scholarship.
