Crowe & Dunlevy director Elliot P. Anderson has been selected as a member of The Journal Record Achievers Under 40 class of 2015. Honorees are nominated for their professional accomplishments and volunteer efforts and Anderson’s contributions to the legal industry and local community are indicative of a young achiever.
“Elliot’s recognition in Achievers Under 40 is well-deserved,” said Crowe & Dunlevy Litigation & Trial practice group chair Judy Hamilton Morse. “As a vital member of our practice group, Elliot proficiently balances his time between our clients, his community involvement and the growing Anderson family.”
A skilled litigator, Anderson practices in the firm’s Tulsa office and focuses on legal matters related to environmental compliance, remediation and oil and gas law. He joined Crowe & Dunlevy in 2008 after teaching English at Chang’An University in Xi’an, China, and earning his Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law. In 2014, Anderson was named an Oklahoma Rising Star by Super Lawyers magazine.
Outside the courtroom, Anderson serves as a Guardian Ad Litem through Legal Aid Services of Oklahoma. His responsibilities include providing special representation for infants, minors and mentally challenged adults who need help protecting their rights in court. He is also an active member of the American Bar Association and an advisory board member for Emergency Infant Services. As a result of Anderson’s active community and professional involvement, he was invited to join Leadership Tulsa Class 45, a nonprofit organization designed to connect local leaders impacting the Tulsa metro.
