Crowe & Dunlevy Attorney Makes Lawyers of Color Hot List

OKLAHOMA CITY – Lawyers of Color recently selected 100 early- to mid-career minority attorneys from the Southwest Region to its inaugural Hot List. The Hot List recognizes attorneys who are excelling in the legal profession. Crowe & Dunlevy is pleased to announce that Andre' Caldwell, an associate with the firm, has been named to this exceptional group.

The honorees were recognized at a reception in Dallas on May 23 and will be profiled in the Lawyers of Color Hot List July special issue.

Caldwell is an associate in the Crowe & Dunlevy Oklahoma City office in the litigation and trial practice group. Prior to joining Crowe & Dunlevy, Caldwell worked as an assistant U.S. attorney on the Violent Crimes/Organized Crime Drug Reinforcement Task Force. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and was a recipient of the Just Desserts Award.

“It is a great honor to have one of our own receive recognition on the first annual Hot List,” said Kevin Gordon, president of Crowe & Dunlevy. “Andre' couldn’t be more deserving of this recognition, because he is truly committed to his practice, client service and community.”

The honorees were chosen through a two-pronged process. The selection committee spent months reviewing nominations and researching bar publications and legal blogs in order to identify promising candidates. Nominations from mentors, peers, and colleagues were accepted. Attorneys were selected based on noteworthy accomplishments or activity in legal pipeline initiatives.
