The Baptist Foundation of Oklahoma has elected Crowe & Dunlevy attorney Julie Stanley to serve on its board of directors until 2016. Stanley will be serving on the Audit Committee and the Estate Stewardship and Promotion Committee during her term.
The foundation’s mission is to promote charitable planned giving and provide financial management for the gifts that strengthen the Southern Baptist ministries today and tomorrow. Stanley will serve alongside 20 other board members to help the foundation fulfill this mission.
“We are proud to have Julie selected as a member of The Baptist Foundation of Oklahoma board of directors,” said Cynda Ottaway, chair of the Private Wealth & Closely-Held Business practice group. “Her expertise and experience will make her an excellent addition to that organization.”
Stanley serves as of counsel in Crowe & Dunlevy’s Private Wealth & Closely-Held Business practice group, focusing on estate planning and estate administration. She has experience in helping clients prepare their wills, revocable trusts, life insurance trusts and other estate planning documents. Stanley is also experienced in helping clients administer decedent’s estates and trusts, including filing probate estates and preparing federal estate and gift tax returns.
She is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and the Oklahoma County Bar Association. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law.
