Crowe & Dunlevy Named State Firm of the Year at the U.S. Benchmark Awards Ceremony
Appellate practice also recognized regionally
Crowe & Dunlevy was recently named the 2012 Oklahoma State Firm of the Year at the inaugural U.S. Benchmark Litigation Annual Awards ceremony in New York City.
Each year, Benchmark Litigation selects one firm per state, plus the District of Columbia, to be recognized for its overall excellence in terms of bench depth and case matters.
“We are honored to receive this special distinction and very proud of the firm’s litigation achievements in 2012,” said Kevin Gordon, president of Crowe & Dunlevy.
The U.S. Benchmark Litigation awards are derived from peer reviews and research conducted for the 2013 edition of Benchmark Litigation, as well as from supplementary questionnaires submitted during autumn 2012.
“The litigation staff is very proud of this honor, which affirms our breadth of expertise in litigation matters,” said Judy Hamilton Morse, chair of Crowe & Dunlevy's litigation department. “What makes this honor even more gratifying is the fact that it is a distinction based on peer reviews and client assessments."
In addition, Crowe & Dunlevy was recognized regionally as having one of the top nine appellate practices in the South. Including Oklahoma, there are 14 states in Benchmark Litigation's South region.
Benchmark Litigation is the only publication on the market to focus exclusively on litigation in the U.S. This was the first nationwide awards event hosted by the publication.
