The firm had the most first-tier rankings of any law firm in Oklahoma
U.S. News Media Group and Best Lawyers has highly ranked Oklahoma law firm Crowe & Dunlevy in the 2013 “Best Law Firms” standings.
With 30 practices ranked, Crowe & Dunlevy received the most first-tier rankings of any law firm in Oklahoma. This is the second straight year the firm has received more rankings than any other firm in the state. Crowe & Dunlevy also had the distinction of being the only law firm in Oklahoma to receive a first-tier ranking in Municipal Law.
Crowe & Dunlevy also performed well in the publication's metropolitan area rankings. The firm's Oklahoma City and Tulsa offices combined to receive first-tier rankings in 56 practice areas.
“We are very proud of the firm’s standings in the 2013 ‘Best Law Firms’ rankings,” said Kevin Gordon, president of Crowe & Dunlevy. “This honor is even more meaningful because it is based on peer reviews and client assessments. Achieving this high ranking is a special distinction that signals a unique combination of excellence and breadth of expertise.”
The rankings showcase more than 10,000 law firms ranked nationally or by metropolitan region. Firms were ranked by metro or state in 118 practice areas.
The national and metropolitan first-tier rankings are featured in the “Best Law Firms” standalone publication, which is being distributed to more than 30,000 general counsel and in digital format to more than 60,000 private practice lawyers worldwide. The rankings in their entirety are posted online at http://bestlawfirms.usnews.com.
“The ‘Best Law Firms’ rankings are now in their third year, and the reaction to the rankings from the legal profession and from legal clients continues to be very gratifying,” said Steven Naifeh, president of Best Lawyers. “Because we combine hard data with peer reviews and client assessments, more and more clients inform us that ours are the most thorough, accurate and helpful rankings of law firms ever developed.”
