Crowe & Dunlevy Recognized at Eugene Kuntz Conference on Natural Resource Law and Policy
OKLAHOMA CITY – Crowe & Dunlevy attorney Mark Christiansen was honored at the Eugene Kuntz Conference on Natural Resources Law and Policy on Oct. 26 at the Cox Convention Center.
Christiansen, director with Crowe & Dunlevy, received the Eugene Kuntz Award in recognition of his contributions to natural resources law and policy. Nearly 300 oil and gas industry personnel and attorneys gathered at the conference, which was co-sponsored by the Oklahoma Bar Association and the OU College of Law.
The award was established in the early 1990s to honor Eugene Kuntz, a former dean and oil and gas law professor at OU as well as a national expert on oil and gas law. Recipients are selected for their valuable work in oil and gas law and policy, particularly in Oklahoma.
Christiansen is a member of the Executive Committee for the Board of Trustees of the Dallas-based Center for American and International Law, and has just completed a two-year term as a member of the Executive Committee for the Board of Trustees for the Denver-based Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation.
Christiansen is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Law (J.D. 1980).
