What We Look For

When interviewing potential Summer Associates, the Firm is looking to hire Summer Associates with outstanding academic achievements, as well as candidates with prior work experience, superior interpersonal skills and candidates that have demonstrated leadership abilities. We are looking for students who can join our team and bring with them bright and eager minds with a strong work ethic and a passion to practice the law.

The Firm is also very focused on promoting diversity.  We want our Summer Associates to be representative of our broad spectrum of clients.  We want to show our clients that we are committed to having that same diversity in our workforce. 

On Campus Interviews

Throughout the year, we collect resumes from students at law schools across the country. When we are not busy looking through those resumes we are conducting in-house and on-campus interviews. Over the past few years, we have visited with students at the following schools and job fairs:
