Crowe & Dunlevy also received 2012 Oklahoma Case of the Year by Benchmark Litigation
OKLAHOMA CITY – Benchmark Litigation recently hosted its inaugural Benchmark Annual Awards – South in Atlanta, where Crowe & Dunlevy Director Mack J. Morgan III, along with Hall Estill’s Phil Free, was honored as the 2012 Oklahoma Litigator of the Year. Crowe & Dunlevy also won 2012 Oklahoma Case of the Year.
For 30 years, Morgan has concentrated his practice in the litigation of complex business and commercial transactions. He also has extensive experience in intellectual property, antitrust and federal bankruptcy, as well as alternative dispute resolution proceedings and administrative hearings.
Crowe & Dunlevy was also recognized for 2012 Oklahoma Case of the Year for successfully defended a cybersquatting and trademark infringement case. Morgan led the firm’s efforts for this case in partnership with Free.
