TULSA, Okla. – D. Michael McBride III was honored at the 2007 Annual Meeting of the Federal Bar Association in Atlanta on Sept. 7.
McBride received the Outstanding Service Award as the chair of the Indian law section for the Federal Bar Association; The Meritorious Newsletter Award for “Federal Indian Law” and the Outstanding Service Award as vice president- Tenth Circuit, a national leadership position for the association that oversees the chapters in a six-state area of the Southwest.
McBride said he is honored by these recognitions. "I am humbled to receive recognition from a wonderful association of judges and lawyers that I deeply respect and admire."
McBride is a director of Crowe & Dunlevy and chairs the firm's Indian Law & Gaming Practice Group.
