TULSA – D. Mike McBride III, a director at Crowe & Dunlevy, spoke at the 5th Annual Northwest Gaming Law Summit on Nov. 29, 2007. The topic included a "Federal Regulatory Update: Class II and Beyond". The two-day summit also featured Commissioner Norm DesRosier from the National Indian Gaming Commission.
McBride also spoke at the Barona Indian Reservation’s Casino Fest 4 near San Diego on Sept. 25, 2007. The topic regarded, “Diversification, Economic Development and Other Hot Issues in Indian Country.”
McBride said he is honored to have participated in both events. "It’s always a pleasure to be asked to speak on important issues impacting the Native American community."
McBride serves as chairman for Crowe & Dunlevy’s Indian Law & Gaming Practice Group.
