Crowe & Dunlevy is seeking candidates for the position of Recruiting and Associate Development Coordinator.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Offers administrative support to the Firm’s attorneys in the following areas:
Assists with the planning of recruiting activities and events for Associates and Summer Associates.
In conjunction with the Firm’s Recruiting Chairpersons, plans and prepares Summer Associate calendar of events and paired partner/Summer Associate list.
In conjunction with the Firm’s Associate Development Chairpersons, plans and prepares Associate calendar of events and maintains paired partner/Associate list.
Attends Recruiting Committee meetings.
Organizes and attends Associate Development Committee meetings and Associate meetings.
Assists with presentation materials (PowerPoint presentations, handouts, etc.) for Associate Development presentations.
Organizes and coordinates on-campus and in-house interview schedules.
Prepares response letters to incoming resumes for Associate and Summer Associate positions.
Coordinates the attendance at diversity job fairs.
Plans Crowe & Dunlevy diversity receptions.
Maintains files for Crowe & Dunlevy Diversity Scholarship Program and externships.
Assists in the preparation of various diversity reports and surveys.
Conducts in-house tours with potential new Associates and Summer Associates.
Maintains and updates evaluation database.
Creates and distributes annual evaluations for Associates in all locations.
Assists Human Resources & Administration department on special projects directed by the Director of Human Resources.
Other duties and projects as assigned by the Chair of the Recruiting Committee, Vice President of Associate Development, Chair of the Diversity Committee and Director of Human Resources.
Education and/or Experience: Bachelor or Associates degree; or a minimum of two to four years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
