A second-year law student from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, Laura Martinez ranks in the top 20 percent of her class and placed third in the 2019 Whitten Burrage Negotiation Competition. She was also awarded the Frank Elkouri and Edna Asper Elkouri Professorship of Law scholarship. Laura graduated from the University of Oklahoma with degrees in business administration and International and Area Studies and has served her community as a volunteer for the Refugee and Immigrant Center for Education and Legal Services (RAICES), the Domestic Violence Intervention Services and the Tulsa Animal Welfare.
