Labor & Employment Practice Group member Michael W. Bowling is presenting at the Central Oklahoma Human Resources Association’s 2023 Employment Law Update. Taking place on Thursday, February 16, 2023, Michael will be speaking on new developments in employment law including the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act, the Federal Fair Chance Act, OSHA enforcement, and the FTC’s proposed rule on non-compete agreements.
