Adam W. Childers, Co-Chair of the Labor & Employment Practice Group, will speak at the Enid Society for Human Resource Management meeting on Thursday, June 10, 2021, from Noon to 1:00 p.m. CT via Zoom. Adam, an Administrative Law Judge with the Oklahoma Department of Labor, will discuss the U.S. Department of Labor’s recent final rule on independent contractor status under the Fair Labor Standards Act/employees vs. independent contractors.
