Energy, Environment & Natural Resources Practice Group member Donald K. Shandy will present at the Environmental Federation of Oklahoma’s 29th Annual Meeting & Trade Show on October 14, 2020. Presenting in two separate sessions, he will cover the potential environmental impacts of the recent U.S. Supreme Court decision on McGirt v. Oklahoma and provide an update on air enforcement as part of a panel on air quality.
