Energy, Environment & Natural Resources Practice Group member Donald K. Shandy will present at the Environmental Federation of Oklahoma’s 30th Annual Meeting & Trade Show on October 12-13, 2021 at the Hyatt Regency in Tulsa, OK. Presenting in two separate sessions, Don will provide an update on last year’s U.S. Supreme Court decision in McGirt v. Oklahoma and cover recent PFAS legislation as part of a panel on land protection.
