Scott Butcher, Amanda Mayo Finch, Mike McBride, and Logan Hibbs are presenting at the Federal Bar Association Oklahoma City Chapter’s 2023 Tenth Circuit Year in Review on Thursday, December 28, 2023. The two-day 12-hour CLE event will review the 2023 published decisions of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and includes two hours of ethics credit. Hosted virtually, Amanda is speaking on Civil Procedure and Federal Jurisdiction, Scott is speaking during the Environmental Law section, and Mike and Logan are ending the event with there presentation on Indian Law.
