On December 5, 2019, the Internal Revenue Service released the new 2020 Form W-4. In this webinar workshop hosted by the Ponca City SHRM Chapter, Labor & Employment Practice Group Co-Chair Randall J. Snapp will walk through the new form and discuss its major changes, including the elimination of a number of withholding allowances.
This workshop will cover the following topics:
- Purpose of the form redesign
- Who must complete the new Form W-4?
- Are employees required to complete all five steps of the new Form W-4?
- How to correctly complete the new Form W-4 and other FAQs
Attendees will enjoy lunch from 11:30-11:50 a.m. followed by the 45-minute webinar. Audience members will be invited to participate in a closing Q&A session regarding the new form.
