The term ‘The Great Resignation’ is constantly used, but what does this really mean and who is actually resigning? HR professionals will learn which employees are resigning and how this is (1) driving legislation (local and otherwise) to increase the minimum wage; (2) requiring employers to be more flexible for remote work options; and (3) pushing employers to be active in current social issues.

Attendees will learn about the recent joint initiative between the U.S. Department of Labor, National Labor Relations Board and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission regarding retaliation in the workplace and how employers should prepare for the broad protections against retaliation.

HR professionals will receive an update on the current state of federal rules mandating vaccinations for many employees, current actions by states and other interest groups to halt enforcement of those rules, and general guidelines for ensuring that they are compliant in the event of an OSHA audit.
