Labor & Employment Practice Group Co-Chair Randall J. Snapp will present “Addressing Thorny Issues in Workplace Behavior and their Interaction with Title VII, the ADA and FMLA” at the TulsaHRC: HR Compliance meeting on October 9, 2019.
This presentation will cover some of the grey areas employers often need counsel, such as behavior that is not appropriate for the workplace but does not rise to the level of unlawful harassment or bullying, addressing misbehavior when an employee claims a mental disability causes the behavior, abuse of intermittent FMLA and how to investigate and handle such situations when they occur.
