As technology has advanced, so too has the confusion regarding what businesses must do to make their websites accessible in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). For employers, there has been no formal guidance regarding what it takes to comply with the ADA for purposes of website accessibility, although, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has announced that it intends to release guidance in 2018.
