Associate attorney joins firm’s Dallas office
DALLAS – Seth Sloan recently joined Crowe & Dunlevy as an associate in the firm’s Dallas office.
A graduate of Oklahoma City University School of Law, Sloan is a member of the firm’s Bankruptcy & Creditor’s Rights, Corporate & Securities and Litigation & Trial Practice Groups. Sloan’s practice assists companies and individuals in restructuring matters including Chapter 11 reorganizations and bankruptcy-related litigation. He also regularly represents clients in matters involving breach of contract, breach of warranty, fraud and negligence as well as advises clients on general corporate matters.
Sloan earned his undergraduate degree from Southern Methodist University. At SMU, Sloan received the Hunt Leadership Scholarship, an award given to students who have demonstrated extraordinary leadership skills and academic achievement.
