Tort Immunity Extended for Oklahoma Healthcare Providers

As new cases of COVID-19 are confirmed each day, and elective medical procedures are scheduled to resume in Oklahoma on April 24, physicians and healthcare facilities will be faced with difficult decisions regarding patient care.
