Amy Schutza is a paralegal in the firm’s Oklahoma City office and a member of the Intellectual Property Practice Group.
In her capacity, Amy largely deals with patents, trademarks and copyrights and assists attorneys with a multitude of tasks within her respective field. She helps prepare and file trademark applications and patent documents. In addition, she supports attorneys with trademark and patent maintenance. She also aids attorneys with intellectual property litigation assistance and docket maintenance.
With multiple years of legal experience, Amy’s field knowledge also extends to assisting attorneys with information technology, unfair trade, the internet, domain names, trade secrets, outsourcing and franchising transactions.
