Amy Kremeier is a paralegal in the firm’s Oklahoma City office and a member of the Aviation & Commercial Space Practice Group.
In her role, Amy supports attorneys with her knowledge and experience in aviation title and finance. She acts as the liaison between the firm and clients with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and conducts research regarding FAA records. Among her duties, she assists attorneys with document preparation, drafting and management as well as reviews records for the FAA.
She has a joint role regarding in-house and FAA Public Documents Room procedures. In addition, Amy handles submissions to obtain legal opinions from the FAA counsel’s office for approval of aircraft registrations under a trust agreement.
Amy conducts examinations of both FAA and International Registry records, ensuring certificates of registration are obtained and sent for placement onboard aircraft and conducts work regarding all aspects of the International Registry.
