Brandy Jaynes is a paralegal in the firm’s Oklahoma City office and a member of the Labor & Employment Practice Group. As a member of the Labor & Employment Practice Group, she assists attorneys in responding to complaints filed with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, OESC, and other governmental agencies. Her duties also include assisting with document management, preparing for production during the discovery phase, and drafting various federal and state court documents throughout litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, she served as the Paralegal for the Office of Civil Rights Enforcement (“OCRE”). At the OCRE, Brandy assisted in processing complaints to ensure compliance with enforced standards in employment, housing, and public accommodations across Oklahoma. She also maintained a workshare agreement with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, by maintaining records and drafting reports regarding all EEOC complaints being investigated by the OCRE.
Brandy received her legal assistant certification from the University of Oklahoma.
